KAN BOTANICALS is committed to delivering fresh, high-quality produce to our customers' homes. After completing and paying for your order in our online store, the shipping time is about seven business days. This is an estimated time for shipments to Puerto Rico and the United States of America.
However, this is an estimate and the product may arrive earlier or later than this time period depending on several factors. If 15 days have passed and your products have not arrived, please feel free to contact us. We will provide your package status.
Processing and Shipping Time
At KAN BOTANICALS we want to make sure you receive your products as quickly as possible. That's why we process your orders within seven (7) business days.
Confirmation of Shipping
You will receive an email with a receipt confirming your order and purchase. After the order is processed and shipped, you will receive a second email informing you that your order is ready and shipped. This message will include your shipping tracking number if the package tracking is available. If you do not receive these communications, the email address you entered may be incorrect. Order Tracking
In our online store, there is access enabled where you can find up-to-date information about your order. Enter the tracking number that will be sent to you by email (in the second message) after processing the order.
